I'm a User Experience Designer with many years of experience as an Interior Designer and CX manager.
I am passionate about innovation and always looking for opportunities to grow as a UX Professional.
Prior to starting my UX journey, for the last 15 years, working as a CX Manager, Lead Kitchen Designer and Lead Consultant and spending a lot of time engaging with customers, have taught me, how important being client-centric is, how to understand and use the customers insights, how to communicate with them and find their pain points and how to apply design thinking to those insights.
My educational background is in Interior Design and Computer Science. These disciplines have given me an excellent grounding in design, problem-solving, analytical skills and creative / strategic thinking and combined with the human-side of retail experience and given me this opportunity to develop excellent skills as a leader, team member, agile problem-solver, communicator and presenter who enjoys empathising with customers.
I have experience with the end-to-end design lifecycle, from understanding the problem, to concept, to prototype, to user testing and production.
Attention to details, creativity and managing competing priorities are some of my other strengths.
